[For outdoor events] In case of inclement weather, musicians must be completely covered to protect the instruments from precipitation. If a sufficient covering is not available, musicians will not be able to perform and no changes to payment will be in effect. Musicians also must be in the shade so that the sun is not directly upon the instruments.

Unless otherwise requested by the client, the musicians of Wescottage Music will dress in professional black attire.
